Salmon pairs well with Asian flavors, so we thought New York Naturals‘ Spicy Miso kale chips would be a perfect pre-seasoned coating to use on salmon filets. While this particular flavor is very spicy on its own, the Greek yogurt tones down the heat and helps the chips adhere to the fish, while honey adds a touch of sweetness to balance the flavors. Feel free to adjust the amount of kale chips based on your personal taste.

Spicy Miso Kale Chip Crusted Salmon

Makes 4 servings

4 tbsp. Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. honey
4 4-oz. skinless salmon filets
1/4 cup New York Naturals Spicy Miso Kale Chips, crushed
2 tbsp. olive oil

Combine yogurt and honey in a small bowl. Brush both sides of each filet with mixture and sprinkle with 1-2 tablespoons of crushed kale chips.

Heat oil in a large pan and cook salmon for about 4 minutes per side. Sprinkle with more kale chips if desired.
