Chili may be one of the more desirable foods across America. It is a great comfort meal on a blistery winters day. Since today is National Chili Day, we decided to round up the top ten healthy versions of this dish for you guys to enjoy. As you will see, it is a multifaceted food, and the only thing missing from this delicious day is the football.

Although we all love Buffalo wings, we don’t praise them for their health benefits. Rachael Ray created a way to eat buffalo chicken without all the guilt. Now we can curl up on the couch next to the fireplace while eating this delicious meal.

This chili won’t go unnoticed as Emeril incorporates many flavors into this dish. The hint of cocoa powder may be the key ingredient that brings this dish together.
