Krave Jerky

I am a huge snacker. I go days without eating actual meals because I prefer to constantly graze on things like trail mix, granola bars, dry cereal, and fruit. Which is why I found this article to be incredibly useful. By replacing one or two of my snacks with something more protein rich (such as hard-boiled eggs or jerky), I’m sure my hunger will be satisfied for longer.
